Dark Was the Night, Cold Was The Ground

Listened to "Dark Was the Night, Cold Was the Ground" by Blind Willie Johnson while driving in the car with my parents. I half-expected a ghost to appear along the side of the road. Then I started considering whether anomalocaris would like the song too. I'm not 100% sure. Also, found out it's a hymn. Here's a passage:

Dark was the night, and cold the ground

On which the Lord was laid;

His sweat like drops of blood ran down;

In agony He prayed;

In the chance aliens heard the Voyager 1977 record, they've been introduced to Blind Willie Johnson. Every winter, I play it at night. Sometimes an ominous mood is nice, at least when you're inside. (^_^♪)
